Retrofit Kits
Retrofitting your Herdon CSM, RFM, or CSC coiler’s electronic components can add durability and support—and extend the life of your machine. We can replace and upgrade all electronic components and operating systems including motors, servo drivers and cabling to bring your machine up to current operating standards.
Upgrade your existing machine with a modern CNC processor, new servo motors, and new drivers at roughly one-third to one-half the cost of purchasing a new machine. Completed at our facility in Elk Grove Village, this 3–4 week rebuild process extends the life of your equipment with current-generation components while providing the confidence of a full 1-year factory warranty.

Parts
We are the only U.S. authorized distributor/dealer for Herdon factory parts, and we maintain an extensive inventory for same-day shipment of available parts to minimize your downtime. We carry mechanical and electronic parts stock for the machines we sell, at our Chicagoland location. Whether you are able to replace the part yourself or need to schedule service to do so, we have what you need, when you need it.
Tooling
Each of our Herdon machines comes equipped with one set of necessary tooling. Additional tooling sets for other wire ranges are available at our Chicagoland location, for both standard and specialized tooling parts. With an extensive inventory ready for same day-shipment, you can always be prepared for runs of any length, to optimize your uptime.
